Love The Way Your Smile Looks
When you are smiling, generally, only your upper teeth are showing. When you are talking with someone, the reverse is true – only your lower teeth are prominent.
However, it really doesn’t make a difference. If you have imperfections in your top or bottom teeth, they are apparent. If you want to do something about those imperfections, it’s time to turn to advanced cosmetic dentistry from true professionals.
It’s time to schedule your cosmetic dental consultation with Hyannis Harbor Dental!
Our practice offers the most modern, effective cosmetic dentistry procedures in the industry. We pride ourselves on our ability to respond to your unique cosmetic needs with trusted dental treatment options, and give you the bright, straight, stunning smile you have always dreamed of:
Whitening
Hyannis Harbor Dental utilizes the wondrous whitening power of the Zoom! Whitening System for optimal results for all of our patients! In as little as 2 weeks, you will see a noticeable, attractive difference in the color and brightness of your teeth without the typical exorbitant in-office costs or painful teeth sensitivity.
During the Zoom! Whitening procedure, our office takes specific impressions of your teeth and uses them to make custom trays. These trays are then filled with specially-designed hydrogen peroxide gel that works to eliminate problem stains and enhance the whiteness and brilliance of your smile.
Best of all, the Zoom! Whitening teeth system only needs to be work for about 30 minutes every day, and your custom trays can be used again and again, should you have the need to touch up your teeth!

Veneers
Veneers cover the (visible) outside layer of teeth to create a more aesthetically-pleasing look. Generally, only visible when speaking or smiling, veneers are the ideal way to improve the overall look of your smile.
There are two types of techniques when it comes to veneers: direct and indirect. During the DIRECT VENEER procedure, composite resin is placed on the outside of the tooth using bonding. INDIRECT VENEER work requires two different appointments, veneer fabrication in a dental laboratory (porcelain or pressed ceramic materials), and a complex yet more stable bonding process. The indirect process takes approximately 2-3 weeks, from start to finish.

Bonding
Most often used in direct veneer procedures, bonding adheres composite materials – matched in color – to the front surface of the tooth. Bonding helps to reverse signs of decay, alter the alignment of the tooth to make it more streamlined, and correct and close gaps in teeth for cosmetic purposes.
Bonding uses a specialized micro-etching process, dental gel, and bonding agent so the veneers properly adhere to the teeth. Once this process is complete, our dental experts use an intense, high concentration light to harden the material before it is finally shaped and polished to an attractive high sheen.
